Thanks to Nautilus, we have a look into the delightful debate over whether it was for beer, not bread, that humans began growing grain. While the teetotalers among us may refuse to see any hope in this idea, there rest of us can admire the close ties humans have always had with alcohol. Anything so ancient speaks to the simple bonds between all humans, past and present, and what better bond than beer?
